What Is Too Hard For The Lord? (Mark 10:27)
I have been serving God as a pastor for over 30 years, and throughout this time, He has allowed me to experience countless situations involving different people within the church: members, workers, pastors, and bishops.
One of the things that has always caught my attention is the spiritual weakness with which many Christians face life's adversities.
Often, we can barely recognize these people because, in the face of adversity, they show themselves to be completely lost, without faith, and, out of impulse, they take actions that go completely against the Word of God.
But this should never happen. A Christian cannot walk on two paths at the same time.
1 Kings 18:21 And Elijah came near to all the people and said, “How long will you go limping between two different opinions? If the LORD is God, follow him; but if Baal, then follow him.” And the people did not answer him a word.
Our faith cannot be a lukewarm faith, meaning neither cold nor hot — because God rejects and will always reject such an attitude.
Revelation 3:15-16 I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot! So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth.
Jesus also said:
Luke 12:7 Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows.
THERE IS NOTHING THAT IS NOT UNDER GOD'S CONTROL.
As much as the world seems spiritually out of control, it isn't. Everything that happens has already been prophesied by God.
And since everything is under God's control, He doesn't need to follow the laws of physics or nature to operate. He gives orders to anything — even to the cells in our body — if necessary.
GOD DOES WHAT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR MEN.
Genesis 18:14 Is anything too hard for the LORD?
Mark 10:27 With man it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God.
So, trust in God. Believe that He can always help you, no matter the size of your problem.
Never lose hope, because when you lose hope, you are indirectly saying that God is not capable of helping you.
Keep your faith in times of adversity, for it is in these moments that you will see God's miracles and glory.
Persevere and believe that God will never allow anything to come upon you that you cannot bear; before that happens, He will come to your rescue.
1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
Remember:
Romans 8:31 If God is for us, who can be against us?
Romans 8:37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
